The team advises FTSE 100 and Euro 250 businesses, as well as owner-managed companies, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice across a broad range of sectors. With continued growth across the practice, there is scope for successful candidates to develop their technical expertise, strengthen client relationships and play an active role in the ongoing expansion of the team.

The Opportunity

As a member of the Dispute Resolution team, you will work on a varied caseload of commercial and corporate disputes, advising clients on matters where a strategic, commercially minded approach is essential.

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities will include:

- Advising clients on a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Managing your own caseload while supporting Partners and senior lawyers on larger and more complex disputes.
- Developing and delivering clear, strategic and commercially focused legal advice.
- Drafting and reviewing a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution documentation.
- Working closely with clients, counsel, experts and other professional stakeholders.
- Supporting disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
- Developing strong, trusted relationships with clients and delivering consistently high levels of client service.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Corporate and Commercial Services teams.
