Commercial Litigation Jobs

My client is a highly regarded Law Firm with multiple offices. You will be based in their Stratford Upon Avon Office. 

They are currently recruiting for the next Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Stratford. 

You can expect to handle a varied workload and provide high quality legal advice on all aspects of commercial litigation including director, shareholder and partner disputes, intellectual property disputes and contract disputes.

 The successful candidate is likely to: * Have at least 2-3 year's worth of experience managing their own caseloads

Naturally take a collaborative and proactive approach to their work; * Be ambitious, confident and motivated to exceed expectations.

This is a development opportunity for a candidate who can demonstrate good quality commercial dispute experience.

The role is to support with:

• General litigation
• Shareholder disputes
• Partnership disputes
• Construction disputes
• Insolvency litigation
