A Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Executive is sought for a small but dynamic and welcoming team to join them in their Hull Office.

Due to expansion and ever-increasing intake of quality instructions, this superb opportunity has become available for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Executive to join their practice which offers a range of specialist commercial legal services to companies of different sizes including local businesses as well as international banks. They are privileged to be able to punch above their weight.

The Role

Candidates will ideally possess 1-5 years PQE or be newly qualified and must have drive, determination and ambition. You will be required to assist Senior Solicitors working as part of a litigation team as well as conduct their own matters.

The types of matters you will be conducting will be:

• Insolvency Litigation
• Civil Fraud Defence & Commercial Injunctions
• Enforcing US Judgment in the UK
• Construction & Engineering Disputes

Salary offered:

• £30,000 - £47,500 for the right candidate.

A competitive salary package in line with local market rates is offered along with early partnership/directorship opportunity for the right candidate.
