I've a fantastic Commercial Property Solicitor opportunity with a long standing client that is looking to recruit an additional specialist into their 4 fee earner team to pick up a full caseload of predominantly commercial transactional work.

The firm is a well established Erdington based high street firm that enjoys a good reputation for the commercial and private client legal services that it provides, with many clients being long term instructors of the firm.

Working closely with commercially minded lawyers, you will come into a full caseload of matters concerning L&T work, buying and selling freehold and leasehold commercial premises and some portfolio management for long term repeat business clients.

In terms of suitable candidate, you will need a proven background in property work, ideally with a commercial focus (though the Partner concerned is happy to consider candidates with a mixed residential / commercial background), a willingness to build relationships with clients and a dedication to your area of practice.
