We are working with an ambitious boutique commercial law firm based in Manchester that is looking to appoint a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its growing specialist lending and property team. Established just four years ago, the firm has already built an impressive reputation across specialist lending, distressed property and real estate, and is now investing heavily in the continued growth of its Real Estate Finance and Conveyancing teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with lender-side experience to work closely with an experienced Partner, advising bridging lenders, specialist finance providers and investors on a broad range of secured lending transactions.

The Opportunity
You will:
· Advise bridging lenders, specialist finance providers and investors on secured lending transactions from instruction through to completion
· Gain exposure to high-quality bridging finance, development finance and asset-based lending matters
· Work alongside an experienced Partner on complex and large-scale property financing transactions
· Build and maintain strong relationships with an established specialist client base
· Take on increasing responsibility as the team and firm continue to grow
· Contribute to the development of a growing boutique practice

The ideal candidate will have experience acting for bridging lenders or specialist finance providers, together with strong technical knowledge of secured lending transactions, title investigations and security documentation.
