A new role with a leading regional law firm has become available for a Finance Assistant to assist the Finance Team in preparation of monthly Management Accounts and General Administrative support.
This role will be based at this firms office in Bradford.
For this role it is essential that you are AAT qualified or equivalent and you will ideally have previous experience within an accounts function although this is not essential.
Duties will include:
Preparation of monthly management accounts including accruals, prepayments & journals
Balance sheet reconciliations
Maintenance of fixed assets & prepare depreciation schedules
Preparation of quarterly VAT return
Overhead/Variance analysis
Prepare month end bank reconciliations
Ad-hoc reporting
Send month end reports to Partners
Month end processing and switch over
Deal with any internal or external enquiries
Carry out general administration tasks as required
