This Legal 500 firm based in Sheffield are looking for an Associate Solicitor to join their Medical Law team, working predominantly with Court of Protection.

The successful Associate Solicitor will have 5 years PQE and have a good knowledge and expertise in Court of Protection for urgent healthcare declaration cases, Mental Capacity Law, Mental Health Law, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and Inquests.

The firm will consider Associate Solicitor Candidates from both patient and hospital backgrounds.

The role as Associate Solicitor will involve work across Court of Protection cases, particularly medical treatment decisions; healthcare advisory, mental health and capacity matters; inquests; and Judicial Reviews.
