About the business:
CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients who offer a wide range of legal services for their ever growing client base. With offices throughout Yorkshire and due to continued growth the conveyancing team is looking to bring on board a talented and experienced residential conveyancer to join the team at their North Leeds office. You will be joining an award winning and employee focussed firm with excellent progression opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Managing a busy caseload of both sale and purchase matter from file opening to completion
* Taking instructions from clients
* Obtaining and preparing file documents
* Billing files and collecting monies due

Required Attributes:
* Freehold and leasehold transaction experience is essential
* Ability to deal with technical details involved within the conveyancing process
* Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining exceptional levels of customer service
* Ability to work autonomously whilst also engaging with the team as required
* Ideally 2+ years' experience within a similar role
