Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with this Legal 500 Firm who are looking to appoint two Corporate Solicitors into their Redhill Team.

The Firm focus on building long-term relationships with their clients and have a strong regional reputation as well as many of their Partners often sharing their knowledge in national conferences and seminars.

The role is a varied position ranging from M&A's, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, restructuring and mergers and Intellectual Property licences.

Requirements of the Role:-

• Corporate Solicitor - NQ to 8yrs PQE.
• Good experience of running a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills.
• Experience in marketing, networking and business development activities.

Hours - Flexible/Hybrid offered.
