The Team

Our sectors

We are an established and ambitious corporate-commercial department of around 20 lawyers nationally. We focus on:

NHS – national and regional NHS organisations and collaborations
Healthcare corporate - dental and social care corporates and investors
Primary care – GP partnerships, federations, provider organisations, PCNs etc.
Social care – public, independent and third sector providers
Independent healthcare - providers and suppliers
Charities and social enterprises
Our team skills and workstreams

Contracts (including outsourcing and joint ventures)
Public procurement (contentious and non-contentious)
Public law, governance, and statutory powers (including judicial reviews)
Corporate (start-ups, M&A, reorganisations and corporate finance)
Partnerships
Digital (IP, technology, data)
Projects and construction
Charities and social enterprise
Commercial dispute resolution

The broad scope of the work that we do will mean that successful candidates will have scope to develop their roles in line with their own areas of expertise and interest (for example construction, public procurement, digital, IT), whilst working collaboratively with the wider corporate-commercial team.

Skills and Competencies

You will have relevant or transferable experience, a strong teamwork ethos and excellent organisational skills.
