Private Client Solicitor needed for a small PC team in a leading Staffordshire Law Firm

I'm working with the Head of Department of this small but ambitious Private Client team for a very collaborative and friendly firm in the Staffs. area. He is keen to recruit and add to his team, currently 3 fee earners but with enough work to feed double the number - so yes, it will be busy.

The whole firm works as a single entity, across all offices, all pulling in the same direction - so no, no silos here.

They work on matters of varying value from a £10,000 to £20,******* - from individual wills to large property probate and estate admin - so yes, the role will be challenging.

There is a strong emphasis on client retention and business development, and there is a significant proportion of Agricultural work - so no, the work isn't run-of-the-mill.

Salary is competitive and negotiable and the appointment of the right solicitor won't just be based on technical skills; culture fit is important too.
