You will take over an existing caseload of Wills Trust & Probate work for this friendly firm in a central market town centre. The firm have a number of offices and this particular office is very friendly, work collaboratively across commercial and individual work and the position comes with hybrid home working.

If you are a Solicitor or Legal Executive who can demonstrate confidence in managing private client work with no supervision, is happy to attend client meetings and undertake conversations around Estate Management, LPA's, Inheritance tax matters and undertake will drafting, please do get in touch.

In addition to the parking and hybrid working, there is an established team which includes a very good secretary to give you the time to fee earn.
