Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive

A new opportunity has become available with a leading, regional firm to join their Bingley and Guiseley branches. This well-established firm is looking to recruit a Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive to manage a caseload of matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Probate. The successful candidate will be offered a generous benefits package including flexible and agile working.

The workload would be split between the two offices so travel between Guiseley and Bingley would be required.

Duties include:

• You will run a caseload of client matters
• Deal with matters at all stages
• Take the client’s initial instructions
• Will drafting
• Deal with the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and the administration of estates
