A superb opportunity has arisen for a 5+ year PQE qualified Solicitor and/or Legal Executive to join a growing Private Client team at this Lexcel accredited, Legal 500 private practise. Due to continued success, the firm are wanting to expand their friendly and dynamic Wills and Probate department who pride themselves on their high quality customer service.
The successful candidate will have experience of:
- Administration of Trusts and Estates
- Tax Planning
- Wills and Trust Drafting
- Elderly Client
Membership of STEP and/or SFE would be preferred or a willingness to worl towards this. You will become a crucial member of the team, being involved in business department and the marketing of the team including delivering seminars and writing articles. Experience of providing supervisory responsibilities is advantageous although not essential. The firm are looking for a Senior Associate who is able to look after an enviable client list with skill and good technical knowledge to maintain the outstanding reputation the Wills and Probate team boasts.
