I am currently working with an established, multi-service law firm located in Leicestershire. Due to continued success, the firm are now looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their Wills and Probate team on a permanent, full time basis.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary supporting a Wills and Probate department. You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and have the ability to carry out various duties including typing, digital dictation, diary management and preparing documents. Strong administrative skills are essential and you will be an outstanding communicator both written and verbally.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within Wills and Probate
• Proficiency with all Legal Secretary duties
• Highly organised
• Attention to detail
• Strong IT and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Location: Leicestershire
• Salary range (DOE): £18,000 - £22,000
• Job type: Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (full-time)
