Position Summary

The position is open to qualified web administrators, specialists, coordinators and analysts who have the growth potential to be a functional expert for website content coordination.

Hours of work: The position is open to candidates who can work during European (EMEA) business hours or US business hours.

Duties and Accountabilities1

* Post content to the website, ensuring timeliness and enforcing compliance with best practices.

* Review content and edit as necessary. Work with lawyers and/or marketing personnel to ensure content is approved and up-to-date.

* Monitor and evaluate site usage. Translate web analytics data into meaningful information and business recommendations for section heads and the marketing department.

* Develop and maintain routine manual and automated reports.

* Work with the web team to target key SEO, usability and policy issues. Implement SEO keywords and descriptions.

* Use web governance tools to ensure the site is properly functional at all times.

* Troubleshoot, follow-up and resolve help-desk tickets.

* Assist in project management and drive the completion of projects.

* Update policies and website procedures.

* Research emerging web development practices and technology, evaluating new systems and methodologies and participate in planning for the development of whitecase.com.

Qualifications

* Highly fluent in English: College-graduate-level fluency or higher.

* Easily trainable: Especially in:

* Computer skills (such as MS Office, HTML, CSS)

* Content management systems (such as Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore)

* Web governance (such as SEO, Google Analytics)

* Related web-design skills (such as some basic Photoshop tasks)

* World-class professional: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Superb telephone and email courtesy. Effective organizational skills. Careful and precise. Sharp attention to detail. Team player. Can-do attitude. Leadership potential.

* Self-managing: Able to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
