This is a unique opportunity to drive change and work on an initiative that is winner of ‘Design Strategy of the Year’ and ‘Most Innovative Client Service’. We are pioneering the use of information design techniques to communicate complex legal advice in the most clear and simple way possible. We are now seeking a new specialist to join our team.
Do you want to contribute directly to business success by helping improve client satisfaction and retention? Do you have the commercial awareness to understand the information that business leaders need to make decisions? Are you excited by the thought of working closely with senior members of the organisation to help improve the quality and effectiveness of their client documentation? Do you have an innate ability to absorb complex material and make it simple? Do you think in pictures as easily as in words?
Working as part of a small team you will be required to read and understand complex legal work, create short accurate summaries of key information and use these to design and produce effective client documentation. You will be expected to build and maintain good working relationships with our lawyers and obtain approval of the work you do.
The documents you produce will enable our clients to understand complex concepts, grasp key elements quickly and make better informed decisions.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for somebody who is exceptional at designing and synthesising complex information and takes pleasure from making it simple and easy for anyone to understand. You also have good judgment and are able to distinguish effective from ineffective communications, sifting out what works.
