TRUSTS MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:
Our client is looking to appoint a Trusts Manager to sit as part of their private client department. The appointed Trusts Manager will manage a caseload of UK trusts clients and some personal wealth clients. The appointed Trusts Manger will undertake tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to, reviewing and interpreting trusts deeds, monitoring investment portfolios, dealing with distributions from trusts and calculating trustees' tax liabilities. In addition, due to the seniority of this position, it is envisaged that the appointed Trusts Manager will supervise more junior members of staff and distribute work as required.
THE IDEAL TRUSTS MANAGER:
Our client is looking to recruit a Trusts Manager who is either a qualified Solicitor or an individual who has gained a wealth of experience working on behalf of trusts clients. Ideally, the appointed Trusts Manager would be STEP qualified and will have gained experience in a similar role. An understanding of trusts accounts and calculation of trustees' liabilities for taxes is essential. It is important that the successful Trusts Manager can demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with existing clients as well as attract new business.
