We need a full time Trace Administrator to provide administrative support to the Trace Investigator, to undertake desktop traces and carry out other adhoc administrative tasks as required.
• Loading & closing new cases on case management system with accuracy
• Undertaking desktop traces
• Invoicing clients for successful traces accurately
• To action and take ownership of work presented to you.
• To ensure that the companies defined processes are followed
• Keep trace workload in good order
• Provide assistance to other colleagues within the department as and when required.
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
• To maintain department standards on a day to day basis on number of accounts worked, and deadlines adhered to.
