Title Check Administrator (Full time or Part time available)

We are now recruiting for a Title Check administrator to join our QCAS team.

Our QCAS division provides specialist volume remortgage and conveyancing services to the leading businesses in the UK lending, estate agency and house-building industries. We use the latest technology, combined with a commitment to delivering excellent service, to ensure speed and value for our clients and their customers.

What the role will entail

The post holder will play an important role within the remortgage team, supporting the remortgage caseworkers to ensure we deliver an excellent service to our clients.

Under the supervision of the Remortgage Team Leader, the role will focus on performing title investigations for remortgage cases, using land registry websites and processing all information accurately on the case management system.

This will also include liaising with the land registry where necessary in order to resolve queries, as well as registering properties and preparing Land Registry forms. You will also liaise with third parties to resolve queries as well as request items required for the registrations.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has previous experience within a similar role, with comprehensive knowledge of remortgage title checks process.

You will demonstrate the ability to process tasks in a volume caseload and ideally possess previous experience of working within a high volume environment.

You should have a careful and methodical approach, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proven IT skills are also essential for this role, and previous experience of working with a case management system would be advantageous.

You will have a professional approach to work and enjoy a busy workload. It is also important to demonstrate a strong commitment to client care and possess excellent communication skills.

We are able to offer flexibility to individuals that may be looking for part time hours, therefore we would consider applications from candidates looking for 21 hours or above.
