About the Role
To manage the serious injury cost process, managing a small team of cost assistants. Providing technical expertise to the serious injury teams and assisting with delivering fee income and increased recoveries and contribute to the general success of the company.
In addition, to manage a small case load of serious injury and catastrophic claimant cost files whilst also working with external suppliers on their case progression. You will be an ambassador of the business, contributing to the department strategy and growth in order to maximise cost recovery and cash flow.

You will be a qualified Cost Lawyer or someone with equivalent experience. You will have a working experience supervising/managing a team. A proven track record of achieving a recovery rate of in excess of 85%
Previous experience in a similar role dealing with Serious injury and Catastrophic costs, including Statements of Costs, Budgets, Bills of Costs and Replies
