Job summary

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader/Legal Services Assistant within our Browne Jacobson LLP London office. Working as part of our brilliant Legal Support Services team, you will truly add value by enabling our legal departments to deliver a high quality service to our clients.

As someone with previous legal experience, you will be confident and competent when providing support with case research and post completion work.

You will also be involved in the management of key dates and delivery milestones and assisting with the coordination of client reports, helping to ensure that delivery milestones are achieved.

As this is also a Team Leader role, we are looking for with previous experience of having managed a team. You will manage the day to day workload requirements within the team, anticipating and establishing resource requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for managing team holidays and monitoring sickness absence to ensure service levels are not impacted.

We are looking for someone who can operate with professionalism and expertise, as you will be liaising with both internal and external clients. You will be methodical, organised and flexible in your approach to work.

* Experience of managing administration services and resources

* A hands on, practical approach

* Proactive and forward thinking with ability to use own initiative

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly establish credible relationships at all levels

* Ability to problem solve, suggest and implement improvements to working practices and adapt to change

* Confidential and discreet but able to redirect information when appropriate to ensure areas of concern are resolved efficiently and effectively
