MARKETING ASSISTANT MARKETING TEAM The client sits at the heart of what Berwins does and this newly created, full time role will form an
integral part in supporting, developing and safeguarding the client experience.

The role comprises three client-focused elements. Firstly, you will work closely with the firm’s Marketing Director to deliver outstanding, targeted campaigns and contribute to the day to day
running of the marketing department. Secondly, you will play an active role in the management of
client experience, helping to ensure service standards remain high. Finally, you will be involved in
the processing and management of new enquiries across a number of teams.

At the time of advertising, the role will involve working remotely from home. As circumstances allow, it will be based at Berwins;’ Harrogate offices, though flexibility will be considered.

This is a varied and interesting role suitable for someone who is confident, client focused and has
great attention to detail. Principal Responsibilities Marketing support is the core of the role and Service support is centred on ensuring
responsibilities include: standards remain high and involves:

- Supporting the Marketing Director in - Working with internal and external
the creation, implementation and stakeholders on service
measurement of marketing
campaigns and activities - Being the first point of contact for

service related queries
- Proof reading marketing materials

- Reporting on service trends
- Creating reports on marketing and

wider market activity Handling new enquiries involves ensuring
prospective clients receive information by:

- Playing a leading role in managing
- Working with private client teams to and further developing the firm’s generate quotes for new enquiries

social media presence

- Following up client quotes
- Assisting in event management

- Creating meaningful reports and
- Updating the firm’s websites

insights on quote conversion

- Organisational support, working with
stakeholders to schedule and ensure
deadlines are hit Knowledge and Experience A background in marketing is preferred though, for the right candidate not essential if you can

demonstrate a commitment to the discipline and a willingness to progress in the right areas.
