We are currently looking for a talented Lawyer to join us in our Sheffield office to lead on the supervision of Fast Track Portal claims.  You will be a team player and have the ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships


The role:


The role involves delivering effective supervision for all Personal Injury Fast Track Portal claims which include Employers Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident cases. You will be required to ensure best practice in client care is maintained and case management standards are fully implemented and adhered to. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a genuine passion for motivating, delegating and coaching a team within the Personal Injury field. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone who is hungry to learn and progress their career.


Key Requirements:


  • You will have sound theoretical knowledge of Fast Track accident work

  • Experience of successfully mentoring, developing and supervising individuals within PI litigation.

  • You will have the ability to conduct cases including complex cases from beginning to end.

  • Significant experience of conducting and managing your own caseload

  • Excellent communication and client care skills, demonstrating an ability to empathise with vulnerable clients is essential

  • Empathy with the Labour and trade union movement is desirable
