A Residential Development Solicitor is sought by this Top 40 law firm to work with a new Partner on major development and regeneration schemes in their Exeter office.

In this role you can broaden your residential development knowledge into areas such as planning CIL, construction, rights to occupy, funding/banking and tax. You will take a lead role in smaller residential and commercial development files including sites for regional house builders and other private sector clients. You will run files from promotion and pre-planning stage through acquisition to site build out and disposal including estate set up. You will also engage and assist with larger regeneration schemes and projects.

The role would suit a recently qualified solicitor with property experience gained during training or a more experienced solicitor who could contribute to the team. Both will need proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files, independently where appropriate. You will also have a strong client focus and a commitment to service delivery. You will have drive and enthusiasm, flexibility and a "can do" attitude.

The firm operates a career development framework which is merit based and a clearly defined career structure. They offer a highly competitive remuneration package. This is a full time permanent position working for a Real Estate team ranked in the UK’s top 15 by The Lawyer.
