NQ+ RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR 

My client a highly regarded established Legal 500 ranked practice based in Kent due to increased instructions are now seeking a junior Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. You will be working on a broad range of residential property work which will include but not limited to; the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build purchases from developers, ownership transfers, lease extension and re-mortgages acting for both home owners and investors, and have links to Kent. This is a busy but rewarding role, working alongside more senior Residential property members of the team together with managing your own mixed caseload of Residential property work.
