We are looking for a highly motivated Solicitor who would like to work with our first class Private Client team, consisting of a Partner and a Trainee Solicitor. You should be at least 2 years PQE with experience in Wills, Estate Administration, Court of Protection, LPAs, Contentious Probate, Trusts and Trust Administration. The successful candidate will also require an excellent track record as a solicitor and solid academic background.

Overview of key responsibilities

The fee earner is responsible to the Head of the Private Client Department, and to the firm as a whole, for the effective and efficient conduct of cases on behalf of clients in accordance with the overall policies and objectives of the firm. The fee earner is also responsible for pro-active development and promotion of the firm’s high standards and reputation.

Skills & Experience

* Qualified solicitor with an excellent academic background
* Experience of Private Client work is essential
* The successful applicant will need to work well within a team, and be able to take responsibility when working individually. You must be an energetic solicitor with a detailed knowledge of the law to broaden the work.
