The successful solicitor will predominantly deal with claimant cases within a busy personal injury department. Responsibilities
- EL, PL and RTA claims
- Negotiating settlements
- Assessing liability
- Evaluating quantum
- Obtaining medical records
- Acting for claimants
- Dealing with complex motor insurance claims
- Solicitors from NQ - 2 years’ PQE
- First class communication and client care skills will be a pre-requisite
- A professional attitude
- Positive and pro-active approach
- Demonstrate a desire to participate in professional development
