Joining our client’s thriving practice located in Nottinghamshire, the successful applicant will dealing with a wide range of public and private children cases, whilst helping to develop and expand the department.

Responsibilities
• Child protection issues
• Adoption
• Child arrangement order
• Conducting own advocacy
• Liaising with professionals

The Candidate
• Solicitors with a minimum of one years’ PQE
• Technical proficiency in child law is essential
• Able to independently manage a caseload
• Excellent IT skills are required
• Children and/or Family Panel Memberships is desired although not essential for this role
