In family law the average Lawyer works from one fixed office, 5 days per week 9-5. We’ll give you lots of support, from secretaries to billing teams, from credit control to client care (they’re the wonderful people taking all enquiries ensuring new clients you speak to are actually looking for your services).

In order to triple the size of our business within 3 years we’re hiring the best Lawyers to join our teams, offering support, autonomy and work-life balance. We’re arming you with client-centric innovation, technology, more efficient frameworks, a huge modern-day marketing team dedicated to family law and an unbeatable customer experience in an industry that has languished and needs shaking up.

Requirements

Ideally, you will be:

* It’s likely you’re a family Solicitor managing your own caseload of files across divorce, financial remedy and children arrangements
* You’re ambitious and want to work for a firm that will develop and progress you
* You’ll offer your clients empathy and sensitivity
* You’ll be collaborative and team orientated
* You understand that there’s a better way of practicing family law and want to work for a progressive firm that only focusses on family cases
