This a fantastic opportunity for a Duty Solicitor to undertake a varied and complex caseload of criminal matters within our client’s thriving practice situated in Wolverhampton. Duty accreditation is essential for this role.
• Attending police stations
• Representing clients detained at the police station
• Serious crime
• Driving offences
• Instructing counsel
• Interviewing witnesses
• Drafting witness statements
• Solicitors with a minimum of one years’ PQE
• Duty accreditation is essential for this role
• Strong IT skills are required
• Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing
