Key Responsibilities

The firm has recently embarked upon an ambitious strategic plan. As part of our growth strategy we are looking to expand our corporate team.

We require two experienced Corporate Solicitors (2 – 6 years PQE) with a following to join our busy Company Commercial department. This role is a full time position in which the successful candidate will be expected to carry a substantial and demanding caseload, fully embrace practice development activities and demonstrate the ability to work under time pressure and to exacting client demands.

Key aspects of this role include:

* Mergers and Acquisitions

* Corporate Restructuring

* Corporate Finance

* Private Equity

* Due Diligence

* Corporate Governance & Compliance

* Company Secretarial

* Joint Ventures and Collaborations

* Business Development

Requirements

An excellent up to date knowledge of relevant Law, experience of running a case load with minimal supervision and proven experience of business development is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise, cope under pressure and work to strict deadlines. Good communication skills are essential as is managing expectations across a wide range of competing needs, a willingness to cover a variety of tasks and work outside of core hours on occasion.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
