About the Role

RWK’s London Corporate team does a mix of mid-market M&A and other transactional work. Specialisms include inward investment work acting for clients new to the UK market and acting for overseas banks on commercial lending work

 

We are looking for a corporate finance lawyer to work within or London corporate offering. The successful applicant will be working as part of the 3 partner team but will also be working alongside colleagues situated at our offices along the M4 corridor from Bristol to London.

 

We would be actively looking to encourage the opportunity for you to develop and build your career working in our sector specialisms of Technology & Innovation, Financial Services and Health & Social Care.

About You

 

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for a qualified 0-4 PQE solicitor who possesses the right ambition, attitude and aptitude to become and develop into a top class transactional lawyer. The successful candidate would have experience in corporate finance, share sales and acquisitions, reorganisation and restructuring.

 

The newest member to the team could expect to have matters in their own name, as well as having the opportunity to assist on higher value, more complex matters.
