Duties & Responsibilities
The candidate will support a Partner in expanding the business of the team with a strong emphasis on business development. A substantial part of the role will involve assisting on a broad range of matters including real estate finance, leveraged buyouts, asset based lending and general corporate lending (for both lenders and borrowers).
He/she will have the opportunity to advise traditional lending banks, alternative lenders, corporate borrowers, PE funds and real estate developers and investors. A substantial part of the role will involve advising on a wide range of syndicated, bilateral and club corporate, leveraged finance and real estate developers finance transactions involving UK corporate bank and other leading regional funders. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to develop existing client relationships with the support to develop their experience and career.

The successful candidate will be a very personable, bright and confident individual. He/she will have sound banking experience and be able/ready to lead transactions as well as manage the banking aspects of larger corporate deals.
