Commercial Litigation Solicitor – c£100k

This is a unique opportunity for a senior solicitor looking for a more flexible working environment. Our client fully supports hybrid working and had already embraced it long before Covid-19. They will set you up fully with everything you need for home as well as in the London office.  They are very used to working remotely, their systems have been built to enable people to be able to work from any location anywhere around the world! They will need you to spend some of your working time in the office, but exactly how much is something they are very happy to discuss.

They are looking for a 7 years PQE commercial litigation solicitor to join their growing and incredibly busy team, they have a huge amount of work already and with new instructions coming through every day, so can offer a level of security other firms perhaps can’t.

They are a highly successful boutique practice based in the City who are recognised as experts across a number of legal areas including Director Advice (both pre and post-commencement of proceedings), which is where this opportunity lies.

The successful candidate will be an experienced/senior associate with experience of commercial litigation and company or insolvency litigation. Knowledge and experience defending Director Disqualification claims, including pre-action correspondence and proceedings through to trial, would be very advantageous.

They are looking to bring on board an individual capable of running  complex commercial litigation cases on their own, and in conjunction with others for larger cases.

The role has arisen due to the sheer volume of work that has and continues to come in and forms part of a wider, ambitious growth plan.

A competitive salary, high-quality work, and a real chance for autonomy and development make this an ideal move someone not feeling fulfilled in their current role. Many of their solicitors previously worked at national and international law firms but have chosen to join us to work here because of the great team and longstanding clients.

For a confidential discussion about the role or to be considered, please contact John Bruce ASAP.
