Working as a Solicitor within the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a varied and interesting caseload, working on both contentious and non-contentious construction cases. As part of this growing team, you will work alongside an experienced and extremely highly thought of Partner.
The team works across the whole spectrum of construction and engineering disputes including advising on construction and engineering projects as well as procurement law. Recent highlights for the team include:
Working on a new supermarket development for a major chain;
Working on a large residential scheme in London’s Docklands with some mixed use;
Acting in ICC arbitration in connection with an infrastructure project.
