Our Real Estate group is one of the largest real estate teams in the UK, advising an impressive range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders. With increasing work levels our Birmingham commercial development team are keen to speak with experienced solicitors or general commercial real estate lawyers with genuine interest in representing development and investment clients on a variety of real estate matters.
On offer is top drawer and varied work which will include but not limited to the grant and exercise of options, conditional contracts, agreements for lease and pre-lets, development agreements, development management agreements, forward funding and acquisition and disposal work. There is also opportunity to represent banks and banks’ customers in putting together development finance and investment finance deals and packages.
