Birketts' residential property team has extensive experience in handling the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties for clients not only in East Anglia but all over England and Wales and in particular London.
The firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) to join this successful and well regarded team in Chelmsford.
You will be responsible for the conduct of high value residential conveyancing matters including:
• Sales, Purchases and Re-mortgages
• Freehold and Leasehold Conveyancing
• Transfers of Equity
• Equity Release Schemes
• Leasehold Enfranchisement
• Acquisitions of land or property for development
You will also be expected to play an active role in promoting, developing and marketing the team.
The successful candidate must have experience in all aspects of sale, purchase and re-mortgage work and be able to deliver a strongly client-focussed service, giving clear, timely practical legal advice.
