The department

Our highly regarded residential property team is seeking an enthusiastic qualified lawyer (3-7 years PQE) to deal with property transactions for high net worth clients and national charities. Legal executives and licensed conveyancers as well as solicitors are invited to apply.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience to tackle high quality residential conveyancing, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and property work for both charities and private clients. Knowledge of residential landlord and tenant, including assured shorthold tenancies and lease extensions is also an advantage. Excellent organisational and communication skills are needed, as well as the ability to manage your own caseload within a supportive team environment.
