As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported
by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a

at the Firm.

Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are pleased to be looking for a Real
Estate Finance Lawyer to work on a contract assignment. This
position will be suitable for a junior-to-mid level lawyer given the
nature of the work, however we encourage applications for Real
Estate Finance Lawyers at all levels with the appropriate skill set.

Key Responsibilities include:

Support on borrowing for third party debt on investments.

*
Reviewing the transaction documents

*
Experience on UK and European real estate financings
to give a view on strong sponsors as well as key structuring
issues from a legal perspective

Person specification:

Qualified Lawyer in either England and Wales or in
other European jurisdictions.

Training and experience from a top tier law firm

A mix of private practice and in-house experience would
be beneficial.

Experience with and appreciation of the nature of a
transaction management role.

Experienced Lawyer, in excess of 3 years PQE
