As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons
& Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team with

What are we looking for?

Simmons Adaptive are looking for a qualified lawyer with a background
in financial services and transactions to work on a global IBOR
transition programme.

This position will be responsible for the legal input across the EMEA
region's IBOR programme across the organisations group structure. Some
key responsibilities:

*
Advise on the review and remediation of contracts
referencing LIBOR.

*
Advise on new RFRs and transactions adopting these rates

*
Advise on legal and regulatory issues arising as a
result of LIBOR transition.

*
Supporting and advising on internal and external
communications

*
Identify and advise on legal and regulatory and
market developments arising under IBOR transition and the impact
on the Firm and international business.

*
Liaising with the EMEA IBOR Programme and other
stakeholders and ensuring completion of Legal deliverables to the
IBOR Programme.

This assignment is expected to be completed on a remote basis initially.

Person specification:

* Qualified lawyer.

* Immediate availability.

* Ability to work autonomously with little hands on supervision.

* excellent communication skills.
