Our client, a well-established regional law firm, is seeking a skilled Shared Ownership Fee Earner to join their dynamic conveyancing team in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional to take on a challenging role within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview
As a Shared Ownership Fee Earner, you will play a crucial role in the conveyancing department, handling a variety of shared ownership and new build transactions while working closely with the Head of New Build and Shared Ownership Division Leader.

Responsibilities

• Draft and approve contracts, transfers, and ancillary documents
• Handle shared ownership resales, staircasing, and remortgages
• Manage financial arrangements for property acquisitions
• Create and maintain correspondence and document files
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and professional contacts
• Promote and market the team's services

Requirements

• Either a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or an experienced fee earning paralegal
• Minimum 2 years' experience in conveyancing
• Shared ownership transaction experience
• Understanding of new build transactions
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
