An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Service Review Executive to join a leading law firm based in Liverpool City Centre within the firms risk and compliance department to receive, log and handle complaints.

You will be required to have previous legal claims experience with experience in complain handling and customer service best practice standards.

Duties include
  • Provide excellent service throughout the complaint handling journey both verbally and written
  • Maintain a professional, calm and objective manner when interacting with any stakeholders
  • Work in collaboration with the legal teams to facilitate accurate and transparent complaint handling
  • Ensure that all system processes are followed end to end for accurate RCA and MI
  • Produce management information reports summarising activity and remediation
  • Liaise with all colleagues in a professional and collaborative manner
