The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Lawyer to join our team of highly successful Serious Injury lawyers in Bristol office. You will be responsible for managing a mixed case load of lower value multi track case types and / or lower value disease cases or more complex non-portal Fast track work whilst working under supervision. The role will involve conducting and managing case load within our Serious Injury Team, including taking appropriate daily decisions involving considerable exercise of judgment, subject to supervision.

With a passion for blending your technical expertise with your outstanding communication and client care skills, you will take pride in delivering a first class legal service to our clients. Having the confidence and ability to take appropriate daily decisions on cases to ensure swift progression, will be key to your success. To ensure you thrive in the role, we will provide you with structured supervision, coaching and training as well as a nurturing environment, where you can grow and shape your career.

The role

As a qualified lawyer with at least 2 years’ PQE, you will deal with all aspects of running a case from initial interview of client to trial, with an understanding of the issues involved in dealing with multi-track cases, such as costs and the litigation process.
