Stowe Family Law
Location: St Albans
Job type: Permanent
Category: Solicitor Jobs

About Us

* We are the UK’s largest, dedicated family law firm with 16 offices across the country and with plans for significant, organic growth over the next 12-24 months.
* We are committed to developing our Solicitors and because of our sustained growth we progress from within. That means you won’t hit a ‘glass ceiling.’
* We have a large shared service function so you can focus your time on delivering the best results for your clients. We have teams of forensic accountants, client care, billings and credit control to help you focus more of your working day on your clients.
* We’ve a mature, friendly and flexible culture underpinned by strong systems such as Proclaim and Remote Working; this means our Solicitors have the opportunity to work from home.

The Role

As a Senior Solicitor based out of our St Albans office you will be managing your own workload which typically is a split between privately funded children arrangements, divorce, finances, cohabitation, civil partnership, pre-nuptial agreements and much more. You will be working closely with our Managing Partner in St Albans, who will support you when needed, offer you development and give you autonomy to work on your own cases.

You will be a driven family solicitor, with the determination and motivation to be successful and progress within the right environment. Your values will be centered around offering your clients the best possible service, professionalism and outcomes and you expect to work for a firm that reflects this. Having at least 5 years PQE, you will have a keen interest in family law and are interested in working on more complex, higher net worth cases.

Why Stowe Family Law?

We are a business who value our staff, offering market leading remuneration packages and uncapped performance bonuses, training and development, progression opportunities, flexible working hours, family friendly culture, an attractive benefits package (including 25 days holiday, pension, Bupa cashplan healthcare, death in service cover etc), childcare vouchers, season ticket loans and above all a friendly, team-oriented environment to work in.
