Senior Private Client Solicitor

Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well established Solicitors based in Chatham who are looking for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join them at this exciting time of growth.

The successful candidate will handle a portfolio of clients covering Wills, Court of Protection, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Job Description:-

• Inheritance Tax Planning
• Preparing and advising on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts
• Communicating with clients, keeping them up to date on any progress made.
• Working together as a team to achieve the best outcome for all clients.
• Mentoring and coaching more junior members of the team.

Job Requirements:-

• Excellent relationship skills.
• Able to organise and work closely with a portfolio of clients.
• A high standard of detailed and accurate work.
• STEP/TEP accreditation
• 4 to 8yrs PQE
