Senior Private Client Solicitor - Hertfordshire

This sought-after role offers the chance to make a significant impact within an expanding private client department and this position could result in future managerial opportunities and the possibility of progression to Partnership for the right individual.

In this role, you will work closely with some of the region's most affluent individuals and families, offering expert legal advice on their affairs while fostering strong, long-term relationships. With an excellent reputation in the region, the firm generates work through recommendations and referrals. You will be adept at providing guidance and support to families, handling a complex and varied caseload to include:

• Wills
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Creation and Administration of Trusts
• Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection Applications and Mental Capacity Matters
• Tax and Estate Planning
• Advising Older or Vulnerable Clients

With ideally 8+ PQE and an already impressive client portfolio, the ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for business development and actively contribute to the department's growth. Strong leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring junior team members will also be key to success in this role.
