Our client, a Berkshire based Local Authority is seeking a senior Planning Lawyer to join them as a locum.

The successful candidate will be tasked with drafting Section 106 agreements and advising on complex planning issues including enforcement/stop notices and injunctions.

Our client would ideally like to see some experience of planning litigation and managing Inquiries. The role will also ideally include some attendance at planning committee.
