An exciting opportunity has arisen with a Legal Practice with over 60 years’ experience in conveyancing and property law.

 

The successful applicant will have senior/partner level experience in conveyancing, you will be a keen business developer and be looking to play an integral part in driving the firm forward.

 

In addition to Conveyancing experience you will ideally have some previous experience in Wills and Probate, however, this is desirable rather than essential.

 

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years PQE.

Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a good eye for detail.

Previous experience of managing staff and providing support to more junior team members.

Good IT skills and ability to use a case management system.

Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload to include sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), re-mortgages and transfer of equity files from initial instruction through to post completion in a fast-paced yet relaxed environment.
