Our client is a trusted and successful technology company. They are looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal to come in and assist the in-house legal team with a range of important, challenging and interesting work. The position will be based near Stroud.

Candidates with commercial experience of reviewing and analysing commercial contracts would be advised to apply. You will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial agreements including but not limited to; non-disclosure agreements, software agreements, technology agreements and terms & conditions.

In addition the successful candidate will get exposure to elements of company secretarial work and assist the legal team with other commercial legal matters.
